Wellness Use Only
The App is designed for:

- Relaxation and wellness support
- Appearance and tone tracking
- Personal wellness goals
If you have any medical concerns, facial pain, or health conditions, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using this App.
You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for any adverse effects or outcomes from using the App. Always listen to your body and stop if you experience discomfort.
User Responsibilities
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not violate any third-party rights
- Not interfere with the App's operation or security
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zynk or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.
User-Generated Content

Subscription Terms (Future)
When subscriptions become available:
- Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled
- You will be charged according to the selected plan
- Cancellation can be made at any time through the App or your device settings
- Refunds are subject to Apple/Google's refund policies
- No refunds for partial months
Referral Program
Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have an active account
- You must comply with all program terms
Restrictions
- No self-referrals
- No fraudulent referrals
- No incentivizing referrals beyond the program rewards
- We reserve the right to disqualify fraudulent referrals
Payouts (Future)
- Payouts are processed at the end of each month
- Minimum payout threshold may apply
- Cancellations or refunds invalidate referral eligibility
- We reserve the right to withhold payouts for fraud review
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal activity
- Fraud or abuse
- Non-payment (if applicable)
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
