Zynk ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
On-Device Processing (No Upload)
What We Process Locally
All facial analysis happens exclusively on your device:
- Camera frames
- Face landmarks and mesh
- Blendshapes (facial expressions)
- Exercise performance metrics
- Calibration data
These data are never sent to our servers.
The following data are stored locally on your device using encrypted SQLite:
- Workout history
- Reps and sets completed
- Performance scores
- User preferences
- Calibration settings
Cloud Data (Non-Biometric Only)
Only non-biometric data is sent to the cloud:
- **Anonymous User ID** - A unique identifier not tied to your identity
- **Referral Relationships** - Which users referred you (if applicable)
- **Subscription Status** (future) - Whether you have an active subscription
- **Affiliate Ledger Entries** (future) - Referral earnings records
What We Never Send
- Facial frames or images
- Face mesh or landmarks
- Blendshapes or facial expressions
- Per-rep intensity, stability, or symmetry values
- Any biometric data tied to your identity
Third-Party Services
We use Firebase for:
- User authentication
- Cloud data storage (non-biometric only)
- Analytics (see Analytics section below)
We use Branch for:
- Referral link generation
- Deep linking
When subscriptions launch, we will use RevenueCat for:
- Subscription management
- Receipt validation
Analytics
We collect analytics to improve the app, but with strict privacy guardrails:
Allowed Analytics Data
- Screen views
- Feature usage (UI interactions)
- Workout counts (total reps, duration)
- Exercise selections
- Subscription events
Forbidden Analytics Data
- Facial landmarks or mesh
- Per-rep performance metrics
- Intensity, stability, or symmetry values
- Any biometric data
User Controls
You can request access to your data by contacting us at yogurt@duck.com
You can delete all your data at any time:
- In-app: Settings → Privacy → Delete all data
- This removes all local workouts and resets your profile
- Cloud data is deleted within 30 days
Offline Mode
You can use the app entirely offline without creating an account.

Retained until you delete it or uninstall the app

Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Encrypted local storage (SQLite encryption)
- HTTPS for all cloud communications
- Firebase security rules limiting data access
- No storage of sensitive biometric data on servers
Children's Privacy
FaceForm AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
